Here are some resources for those encountering H.S. physics ideas for the first time, or only got the fairly superficial treatment in the freshman class.
The textbook for the first year class is available in the library. It's called Physics: Principles and Problems by Zitzewitz.
I gave readings many times last year from this site https://www.physicsclassroom.com/physics-tutorial It is thorough and accurate, though pretty wordy.
In either case you would only need to consider the topics in the first parts of the source: kinematics, Newton's Laws, Vectors, Momentum, Work/Energy, Gravity and Circular Motion.
